December 28, 2025 - Scholarship Opportunity (Scholarship Form)

On behalf of our board members, we proudly introduce the 2026 Dan Moeller Foundation Senior Scholarship. We understand the sacrifices many families make to provide a Catholic education for their children, and it is our honor to give back to those who have made that financial commitment. This scholarship recognizes Toledo-area Catholic High School seniors who have demonstrated perseverance, strong moral character, and faith while overcoming personal adversity—especially challenges that have impacted their mental or emotional well-being. Students who wish to apply can obtain the scholarship information and application materials through their high school. In addition to the application, students will submit a 500–750 word essay and one letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach, counselor, or mentor. We ask applicants to share how they worked to overcome their challenge, what they learned about themselves in the process, and how their faith and virtues guided them through. The scholarship will open on Sunday, November 2, 2025—a meaningful date that marks three years of Dan’s heavenly journey. Applications must be submitted by Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

Applications may be emailed to emily@danmoellerfoundation.org (Subject line: DMF Senior Scholarship)

or mailed to: Dan Moeller Foundation / P.O. Box 1204 / Holland, OH 43528
